SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Prices advertised are subject to change without notice.
- All items purchased remain the property of Ultra Furniture until they are fully paid for.
- All sales are final. If already ordered, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Some returns may be accepted, at the discretion of Ultra Furniture’s management, as long as the product’s box is not opened and is still in its original packaging. In such a case, a re-stocking fee of 30% to 40% (rate depends on the marketability and warehousing conditions pertaining to the item) will be charged to the customer.
- The manufacturer’s warranty against a manufacturing defect will be honoured. The warranty period varies, depending on the item. Ultra Furniture will undertake to replace the item or, in some cases, fix it if by fixing it, the product will return to its perfect condition.
- It is the responsibility of the customer, after opening the package, to check for any defects and report the defect immediately to Ultra Furniture, before assembling.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to return any defective item to the store. In the case where Ultra Furniture has to pick up the defective item, a transport fee will be charged to the customer.
- Reporting defects after the unit has been assembled will not be accepted.
